Tony and his crew were professional and courteous. They engineered a heating and air conditioning system that was a retrofit to an inadequate system placed by our contractor when the home was built. We are so grateful that Absolute Comfort had the extensive experience base to figure out this complicated situation. Our home is heated and cooled better than it ever was. The prices were more than I was expecting, but after a couple other bids, they were still the lowest price and by quite a bit! And their explanations and discussion was very helpful. They spent a good time telling us what, and why, and how things would/do work.

While they were working, they did things the right way (a problem I have had with OTHER people in the past). They fixed the duct work under the furnace to improve efficiency, moved the water heater a bit to fit the new furnace, and even replaced our broken thermometer. Then they followed up with encouraging us to get it checked out by the city inspector. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism to get things done right.
