Technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They explained what they were doing which help me feel good about the quality of their work. My air conditioner went out Thursday night. I called Friday morning technician came out at 8;00 am. My old system is about 23 yrs. old. Decided it needed to be replaced. They came on Monday and completed the install in one day. Left us a portable air conditioning unit on Friday to help us get by until Monday. Very happy with their service.

Air cleaning system and quick response to our uncomfortable situation with understanding that July is a horrible time to have our aircondioner go out. They let us use a plug in portable air conditioner that they brought us to use overnight. Thank you so much.

Brycen is a true professional. Showed care and concern from the moment he showed up to my house. Diagnosed the issue, explained it to me in detail on what it was, and fixed it. I forgot to mention I was stood up by another company 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up. The receptionist at Absolute Comfort cared about me, my family, and 3 dogs being in 80 degree heat since yesterday. They found a way to work the schedule and have Brycen come over in less than an hour. I am truly blown away by the outstanding service I received. Thank you very much Absolute Comfort!

When my AC needed to be replaced they made sure things were affordable and when I was facing a long hot weekend before installation, they supplied complimentary window units. Literally my heros.

Great service, I called in the morning because my A/C was not working properly, and within the hour, he was working on my A/C. He had all the equipment on hand and explained everything over the phone to me.

This company went above and beyond requirement's Had a new hcac installed very good job. Employees very professional. Recently I came back from the hospital found the house very hot. had a problem with the equipment turned out it was me.no keeping up on maintenance. ( was in hospital n not able to do it) one of the employees came out n helped me fix the problem and how to not to have it recurring again. Came out right away with in 10 minutes. Helped this one arm old man out. Thank you again, very greatful for the help and professionalism
