We had maintenance scheduled for our two older furnaces and Brycen with Absolute Comfort, Heating and Air arrived on time and gave a thorough inspection of our equipment and let us know what repairs were needed and the cost. He was also able to schedule an appointment for an estimate to be done to replace our old failing equipment. Thank you Brycen for your professional and no pressure approach to customer service

Working with Absolute Comfort over the last year has been awesome! They gave a competitive estimate for a/c and furnace replacement, clearly talked me through everything, and got it installed quickly and cleanly. Their install team was top notch, and the guys who have been over to do tuneups, Anthony, and yesterday Brycen, were nice to talk to, and always explained what they were doing. The only (small!) problem we have had was a thermostat display that went crazy and they got it fixed fast.

Ernesto Chase was amazing!! When we installed the thermostat one of the wires was crossed and Ernesto found the issue. Resolved the issue, fix our air conditioning so it’s doing cool and not hot. Very happy he’s been to my house one time before and helped out a lot. Highly recommend Ernesto. The service was quick, efficient and very professional..

I called you back today to remedy the problem with my thermostat and to recheck my air conditioning unit. Brycen fixed the thermostat back to remedy that. He took pictures of the readings and it was showing a low reading of the refrigerant and he topped it off to bring it back to specifications and discussed other possibilities for future problems that may be a problem and how to remedy that with different possibilities for better efficiency and expertise he thinks might help with my problem. Until next time Brycen or Tony comes out in probably check the refrigerant this coming fall. thank you. Freddie Lopez.

We have Brycen as our technician since we got our new AC and furnace, He has been great to come out to diagnose our problem twice, very respectful and courteous. He always educates us on what the problem might be or how to set our controls etc.
