    I called this place by accident when I meant to call another heating/cooling company but I'm so glad I did. During the summer our ac unit went out and they came and explained everything and offered to fix it but we went with just upgrading and getting a new one. They brought us a portable AC unit to get us through the weekend at 100°. Our dog chewed through the cord and they didn't even charge us for repairing it. Had to call for a mini split repair that they didn't install. Came out and explained everything they did and fixed it. Very respectful company and employees. I would very highly recommend them to anyone!!

    I just had a unexpected discovery as I had the furnace prepped for winter. It was found to have several cracks, so it was condemned. :( I reached out and got a couple of quotes, and in the end I turned to Absolute Comfort. I did have a little issue with the original install, but Tony, and Ernesto showed up this morning and redid the hook up of my AC/Heat pump outside. I will give another thank you to Adam who I got the bid from, and helped me process the rebates online. This was something that was not planned, as it never is, but they were fast, courteous, and did a great job. I do not give 5 stars easily, as my last HVAC installer: Bill's Comfort system is a joke as they do not stand behind their work or products. I will gladly recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone needing to upgrade their HVAC system.

He came right out the next day, troubleshooted the problem, made a few calls, found the part we needed somewhat close by, and installed it. All in less than 24 hours He was very personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, did great work, and even put up with, and was so nice to, my inquisitive doggies, who had to be in the middle of the action! I'm so pleased he lived up to my expectations. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort!
