    Technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They explained what they were doing which help me feel good about the quality of their work. My air conditioner went out Thursday night. I called Friday morning technician came out at 8;00 am. My old system is about 23 yrs. old. Decided it needed to be replaced. They came on Monday and completed the install in one day. Left us a portable air conditioning unit on Friday to help us get by until Monday. Very happy with their service.

    Brycen is a true professional. Showed care and concern from the moment he showed up to my house. Diagnosed the issue, explained it to me in detail on what it was, and fixed it. I forgot to mention I was stood up by another company 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up. The receptionist at Absolute Comfort cared about me, my family, and 3 dogs being in 80 degree heat since yesterday. They found a way to work the schedule and have Brycen come over in less than an hour. I am truly blown away by the outstanding service I received. Thank you very much Absolute Comfort!

    This company went above and beyond requirement's Had a new hcac installed very good job. Employees very professional. Recently I came back from the hospital found the house very hot. had a problem with the equipment turned out it was me.no keeping up on maintenance. ( was in hospital n not able to do it) one of the employees came out n helped me fix the problem and how to not to have it recurring again. Came out right away with in 10 minutes.
