Super Bowl Sunday, our furnace went out. I called Absolute Comfort. Christopher said he would have someone over first thing in the morning. Brycen came over at 8:00. Replaced thermostat and fixed the problem. Absolute Comfort is a great company to contact for heating and air-conditioning, respectful of your house by wearing shoe covers and explaining work being done.

It's 4am and the flood alarm is blaring--the water heater is dead :( I put out the bids and Kristopher the owner got to me right away. He got Tony and Brycen dispatched out ASAP and helped me navigate through different heating options. I initially wanted to get a heat pump but got some great counsel on why it might not be best for us--though they were willing to do it either way. I ended up a great gas stove. They were really knowledgeable, not pushy, and took time to make sure I understood everything.

Called at 9:00am and the serviceman was at my house before 10:00am. Got me up and running in no time. Didn’t try to sell me extra stuff or recommend a full replacement. Honest, reliable, friendly, fast and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Ernesto showed up right on time and explained to me what he and his co-worker were going to do. Ernesto and his co-worker were polite and kept me informed on how things were going. When they were finished, Ernesto showed my husband and I before and after pictures of the work they did. I appreciate that they got our furnace up and running. Brycen did a great job explaining and showing us what had failed on our furnace. He then proposed options for the repair and was able to complete the job quickly. After repairing, he showed us the repair and how it looked before and after and demonstrated it working. Brycen went above and beyond and saved the day.
