    I called you back today to remedy the problem with my thermostat and to recheck my air conditioning unit. Brycen fixed the thermostat back to remedy that. He took pictures of the readings and it was showing a low reading of the refrigerant and he topped it off to bring it back to specifications and discussed other possibilities for future problems that may be a problem and how to remedy that with different possibilities for better efficiency and expertise he thinks might help with my problem.     I had been gone all weekend and came home Sunday to a cold house with all my clocks flashing…power outage This time the power outage took out my thermostat link to furnace. I called Absolute. Kris went through a quick diagnostic. We determined a service call was necessary. With the assistance of Carrie I was on the schedule for Monday morning.     Adam was a very knowledgeable and conscious sales representative. We appreciated the careful way he educated us and made sure we were doing what was right for us. For example, he recommended NOT replacing our upstairs air conditioner since it was still relatively new. In the end, he saved us about $10K over our other bid, but still provided top quality. Also, the installation was just completed today. Each of the work crew members were well groomed, courteous, and worked efficiently throughout the day. They cleaned up carefully after completion (ahead of schedule) and made certain that we inspected their work and were comfortable with the operation of the equipment. Very well trained!
